The SWISSGEAR Bungee Core Laptop Backpack is made from durable polyester fabric and features ample carrying capacity inside & out thanks to a large capacity main compartment with a 13” padded laptop pocket, as well as a front bungee cord system on the outside.
This three-compartment backpack has contoured padded shoulder straps and an Airflow back system for superior support and wearing comfort. Other features include an organizer compartment with a padded tablet pocket, side water bottle pockets, a headphone/charging cord port, a D-ring to attach gear to and reflective accent material built into the front panel for added safety at night.

How Fast Does Voyage Ship Orders?

Where does Voyage ship to?
Right now, we currently ship everywhere in the contiguous United States. Hawaii and Alaska orders are accepted at an additional charge calculated at checkout.
We do not ship to P.O Box addresses.
Order Not Received, Stolen, or Wrong Address
Can’t locate your order? We understand how frustrating that can be! Before reaching out, please take a moment to check these common areas:

- Nearby bushes or landscaping
Additionally, ask your neighbors if they might have received the package on your behalf. If the package is still missing after three days, feel free to contact us, and we’ll assist you in resolving the issue.
Incorrect Addresses or Refused Deliveries
At Voyage, we cannot take responsibility for packages lost due to incorrect shipping details provided at checkout. Examples include:
- Incorrect apartment or house numbers
- Mistyped street names
- Any other errors in the address
We are also not liable for packages that were refused or left unclaimed. In such cases, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly with your tracking information and full name to address the matter.
Marked as Delivered but Not Received
If your tracking information shows that the package has been delivered but you haven’t received it, we’re here to help. We can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
- Please notify us within 7 business days of the delivery status update to begin the claims process.
Important: Filing a claim does not ensure a replacement or refund. The final resolution depends on the carrier's investigation and their findings.
