Voyage's 60-Day Return & Exchange Policy

Hey there, Voyager!

We believe in a seamless travel experience, and that includes returns. You have a full 60 days from the day you receive your purchase to decide if it's perfect for you.

Submit a Return or Exchange Request

Choose Your Return Option:

  • 60-Day Free Exchanges: Love the brand but need a different size or model? We’ll handle the shipping. Exchanges are 100% free (first exchange only.)
  • 60-Day Free Returns (Store Credit): Return your item for store credit and we will provide a prepaid shipping label at no cost to you.
  • 60-Day Returns (Refund to Original Payment): If you prefer a refund to your original payment method, the return label cost will be deducted from your final refund. The average return label cost is typically around $20 but varies depending on shipping location and package size.

Important: Once you submit a request, you have 60 days to get the item back to us. If the item is not returned within 60 days of your request, the request will be canceled.

For a Successful Return:

  • Condition: Make sure your item is unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging.
  • Approval: Drop us a line at hello@voyageluggage.com. Once approved, we will provide your shipping label. We cannot process unapproved returns.

Did Something Go Awry?

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can make it right.

A Few Things to Note:

We do not accept returns on perishables, custom-made items, personal care products, or products marked "Final Sale". Gift cards are also non-returnable.

About Refunds:

Once inspected and approved, store credit is issued immediately. Refunds to original payment methods (minus shipping costs) typically take a few business days to process depending on your bank.
