Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, you can return unused and undamaged items within 30 days for a full refund. All non wheeled bags of any kind and carry-on size luggage/wheeled duffels are FREE to return within the 30 day window from when you received your item.
Medium suitcases/wheeled duffels, Large suitcases/wheeled duffels, or items over 105 total inches overall will be charged a $19.50 oversize return fee. This includes most luggage with a height of 26-29 inches or larger. Exchanges are always free no matter what size.
