Shipping & Returns

Below are some common questions about shipping, returns, and exchanges

Shipping Options

**Allow 1 business day for processing for all standard orders and 2 days for personalized orders.**

[Free Ground Shipping] - 3 to 5 days transit Via FedEx, UPS, or USPS.

[Free 1-Day Local Shipping] - Florida Addresses only. Eligible products will have this selection at Checkout.

[Free 3-Day Shipping] - Select Products. Products with this option will have a tag indicating this on its listing page.

[3-Day Transit Shipping] - Calculated at checkout

[2-Day Transit Shipping] - Calculated at checkout

[Overnight Shipping] - Calculated at checkout

Oversize Order Charge - Any product that weighs over 30 pounds may incur a $30 oversize order charge.

How Fast Does Voyage Ship Orders?

At Voyage, we value your time, so we aim to ship your order within 1-2 business days.

Shipments to Miami, Florida addresses can be delivered as fast as under an hour. Check each product page to see if this option is available.

Where does Voyage ship to?

Right now, we currently ship everywhere in the contiguous United States. Hawaii and Alaska orders are accepted at an additional charge calculated at checkout.

We do not ship to P.O Box addresses.

Order Not Received, Stolen, or Wrong Address

Can’t locate your order? We understand how frustrating that can be! Before reaching out, please take a moment to check these common areas:

  • Side entrance
  • Back patio
  • Garage or driveway
  • Nearby bushes or landscaping

Additionally, ask your neighbors if they might have received the package on your behalf. If the package is still missing after three days, feel free to contact us, and we’ll assist you in resolving the issue.

Incorrect Addresses or Refused Deliveries

At Voyage, we cannot take responsibility for packages lost due to incorrect shipping details provided at checkout. Examples include:

  • Incorrect apartment or house numbers
  • Mistyped street names
  • Any other errors in the address

We are also not liable for packages that were refused or left unclaimed. In such cases, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly with your tracking information and full name to address the matter.

Marked as Delivered but Not Received

If your tracking information shows that the package has been delivered but you haven’t received it, we’re here to help. We can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

  • Please notify us within 7 business days of the delivery status update to begin the claims process.

Important: Filing a claim does not ensure a replacement or refund. The final resolution depends on the carrier's investigation and their findings.

How can I track my Voyage order?

Tracking your order is simple and convenient. Once your order is shipped, we'll send you an email with tracking information. You can also log into your Voyage account anytime to check the status.

Can I modify or cancel my order with Voyage?

We understand that sometimes things change. If you need to modify or cancel your order, just contact our friendly customer service at (305) 998-0687 as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request.

Price Match Guarantee

At Voyage, we want to make sure you get the best deal possible. If you find the same item offered at a lower price on another website simply contact us with the details, and we'll take care of the rest. We might even be able to beat it!

Returns and Exchanges

Below are some common questions about returns.

What is Voyage's return policy?

We offer a 60-day window for returns and exchanges. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

  • Exchanges: 100% Free.
  • Returns for Store Credit: 100% Free.
  • Returns for Refund: The cost of the return label is deducted from your refund.
  • Note: Products marked "Final Sale" are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Are returns free?

Returns are completely free if you choose to receive Store Credit or if you are performing an Exchange. We will provide a prepaid shipping label at no cost to you.

If you prefer a refund to your original payment method, the cost of the return label will be deducted from your total refund. The cost of the label depends on your location and the size/weight of the product based on the lowest carrier rates. Of course, if there was an error or mistake committed on our end, the return is 100% free regardless of the refund method.

How Do I Request a Refund?

You can navigate to the Support page at the top, contact us, or simply click this link and enter your order number.

Exchanges at Voyage: Effortless and Personal

Contact us by phone (305) 998-0687, use our chat box, contact form or email us at hello@voyageluggage.com. Here we will select a replacement item and determine if there is a difference in cost.

Send Back the Original Item:

You'll need to send back the original, unused item within 60 days.

Choose Your New Item:

Once we receive your original item, we'll guide you in selecting the perfect replacement. Whether it's a new color, a different size, or an entirely different product, we'll make sure it's just right for you.
