Once you place an order, you will be emailed a loyalty certificate worth either 8%, 10%, or 15% off that you can use when you place your next order. The loyalty certificate is automatically emailed to you once your order is shipped. This can sometimes be a 1-2 business days after the order is placed, but if you reach out to us, we can send it earlier.

Nope! There are no time restrictions. It can be used immediately, and it doesn’t expire. However, it does need to be used all at once and cannot be split into multiple orders.
