RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

We offer a 60-day window for returns and exchanges from the date of purchase.

  • 60-Day Free Exchanges: If you would like to exchange your item for something else, we will provide a prepaid shipping label at no cost to you. (First Exchange only.)
  • 60-Day Free Returns (Store Credit): If you choose to receive your refund via store credit, we will provide a prepaid shipping label at no cost to you.
  • 60-Day Returns (Original Payment Method): If you prefer a refund to your original payment method, the return shipping label is unpaid (the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping).

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
