Once you place an order, you will be emailed a loyalty certificate worth either 8%, 10%, or 15% off that you can use when you place your next order. The loyalty certificate is automatically emailed to you once your order is shipped. This can sometimes be a 1-2 business days after the order is placed, but if you reach out to us, we can send it earlier.

Nope! There are no time restrictions. It can be used immediately, and it doesn’t expire. However, it does need to be used all at once and cannot be split into multiple orders.

Voyage Loyalty Rewards cannot be combined with other promotions. Certain exclusions may apply.

Voyage Loyalty Rewards cannot be used toward the cost of shipping. If the total cost of your order after deducting the Voyage Loyalty Rewards is less than $75, you will be charged the shipping fee.

Earn 3% store credit on the qualifying merchandise subtotal after discounts. Taxes, shipping, handling, gift wrapping, other services and non-merchandise charges, and amounts paid with previously issued promotional store credit are excluded. Rewards are rounded to the nearest cent per order. Gift cards, purchases of store credit, canceled transactions, refunded merchandise, and fraudulent or unauthorized transactions do not qualify. Rewards are not retroactive to purchases before the program effective date.

Your store credit is added directly to your customer account associated with the purchase. It may be issued after payment confirmation and fulfillment, and may be delayed until the return period passes or payment, refund, or order disputes are resolved. It is not an immediate discount on the order where it is earned.

Your 3% store credit is earned in addition to the percentage-based coupons you receive toward your next purchase. Rewards may be used toward qualifying future Voyage purchases through supported checkout channels; a valid account may be required. They cannot be used to purchase gift cards or additional store credit, are not transferable, cannot be combined across accounts, and are not redeemable for cash except where required by law. Rewards may be reversed for canceled, refunded, charged-back, or reversed orders; partial returns may proportionally reduce rewards. If already redeemed, improperly retained rewards may be offset against future promotional rewards to the extent permitted by law. Store credit from merchandise returns is separate and subject to the return policy. Any expiration or material redemption limitation is disclosed when earned and applies only as permitted by law; if no expiration is disclosed, issued rewards do not expire.
