FREE: Ground Shipping for ALL orders across the contiguous USA.

FREE: Shipments to Miami, FL addresses can be delivered in under 2 hours. Minimum $200 purchase required.

GROUND - (1 day business day for processing and 3-4 business days transit) Via FedEx, UPS,  DHL, or USPS.

FREE 3-Day Shipping - Select Products. Products with this option will have a tag indicating this on its page.

How Fast Does Voyage Ship Orders? Plus

Most orders are shipped in 1 business day. In some cases, it may take 2 days to process.

Where does Voyage ship to? Plus

Right now, we currently ship only in United States. Alaska and Hawaii addresses will be shipped at a different rate which will be calculated at checkout. Additionally, we do not ship to P.O Box addresses at this time.

Order Not Received, Stolen, or Wrong Address Plus

Can’t locate your order? We understand how frustrating that can be! Before reaching out, please take a moment to check these common areas:

  • Side entrance
  • Back patio
  • Garage or driveway
  • Nearby bushes or landscaping

Additionally, ask your neighbors if they might have received the package on your behalf. If the package is still missing after three days, feel free to contact us, and we’ll assist you in resolving the issue.

Incorrect Addresses or Refused Deliveries

At Voyage, we cannot take responsibility for packages lost due to incorrect shipping details provided at checkout. Examples include:

  • Incorrect apartment or house numbers
  • Mistyped street names
  • Any other errors in the address

We are also not liable for packages that were refused or left unclaimed. In such cases, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly with your tracking information and full name to address the matter.

Marked as Delivered but Not Received

If your tracking information shows that the package has been delivered but you haven’t received it, we’re here to help. We can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

  • Please notify us within 7 business days of the delivery status update to begin the claims process.

Important: Filing a claim does not ensure a replacement or refund. The final resolution depends on the carrier's investigation and their findings.

What is Voyage's return policy? Plus

We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, you can return unused and undamaged items within 30 days for a full refund. Contact us using the chat box, contact page, or call (888) 844-4145. Just make sure to send it to our address at 350 San Lorenzo Ave, Unit 2222, Coral Gables, Florida 33146.

Are returns free? Plus

Returns are free if there was an error or mistake committed on our end. Exchanges are also free of charge. For any other return requests, you will be charged for the cost of the return label. The cost of the label will be dependent on location and the size and weight of the product.

Your refund will include the original price of the product and any applicable taxes, minus the cost of the return label if applicable.

Send Back the Original Item:

You'll need to send back the original, unused item within 30 days.

Choose Your New Item:

Once we receive your original item, we'll guide you in selecting the perfect replacement. Whether it's a new color, a different size, or an entirely different product, we'll make sure it's just right for you.

Enjoy Free Shipping:

To make things even smoother, we'll ship the new item to you for free (applies to Ground shipping within the contiguous United States). Remember, your happiness is our priority.
