Voyage's 30-Day Return Policy

Hey there, Voyager!

We believe in a seamless travel experience, and that includes returns. You have a full 30 days from the day you receive your purchase to decide if it's perfect for you. You can submit a refund request by clicking here.

Please note, once you submit a refund request, you have 30 days after the day you made your request to return the item. If the item is not returned after 30 days from your request, your refund request will be canceled. 

There is no restock fee, but we do not cover the cost of the return label. We will provide you with a label and will deduct the cost from your refund.

For a successful return:

  • Make sure your item is just as you received it: unused, with all the tags, and in its pristine packaging. Don't forget to keep that receipt or proof of purchase handy.

  • Want to return a product using Email? Drop us a line at hello@voyageluggage.com, and we'll guide you through the process. Once we give you the green light, we'll share a return shipping label and the how-tos. Just remember, we can't process returns unless they've been approved first.

Did Something Go Awry?
If your order arrives and it's not up to par—whether it's damaged, defective, or just not what you ordered—please let us know right away. We're committed to making things right.

A Few Things to Note:
There are some items that just can't be returned, like perishables, custom-made goodies, personal care products, or anything hazardous or flammable. Not sure about your item? Contact us, and we'll clear things up.

Also, please note that we can't process returns for items on sale or gift cards.

Swapping Items?
If you'd like to exchange something, the quickest way is to return the current item (after it's approved) and place a new order. Please note: The return shipping label cost will be deducted from your exchange.

About Refunds:
Once we get your return and give it a look-over, we'll shoot you an email about the refund's status. If it's all good, the refund will bounce back to your original payment method. Remember, banks and credit cards might take a bit to show the refund, so keep an eye out!
